In this video I make a delicious paleo sweet and sour chicken. It requires a little bit of work but the end result is totally worth it.

You can make this dish a lot easier by simply not coating the chicken. This will save in time and make the dish quite a bit healthier. The downside is that you won’t end up with lovely crispy chicken.

One of the best things about this dish is how well it is the next day. You can easily reheat it in either a frypan or microwave. Both will work just fine, frypan is the way to go if you don’t like using microwaves.

This dish is great by itself but if you are looking for something to go with it then you should try coconut rice. It’s super easy to make and the end result is incredibly tasty.

1x 440g (15 ½ Oz) can Pineapple Pieces with unsweetened juice (Don’t drain)
1 onion, quartered
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. tomato Paste
2 Tbsp. coconut Aminos
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
500g (1.5 lb) chicken thigh, cubed
2 eggs
1 cup tapioca starch
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Coconut aminos is pretty important so if you're able to pick it up you will be glad you did. It's just a soy alternative since soy sauce is not allowed on the paleo diet.

You might think this dish is a bit light in vegetables, if this the case then feel free to add more. There are quite a few different vegetables you can add such as carrots, bok choy and much more.

In this video, I make a delicious paleo beef stroganoff that cooks to be deliciously creamy and packed full of flavour.

This recipe makes use of an ingredient called coconut aminos. This is usually pretty hard to find at a supermarket but can easily be purchased online or at some speciality shops. If you can’t get your hands on any then you can simply leave it out.

If for some reason you end up with leftovers then make sure you keep them as they will reheat quite nicely. I recommend reheating over the stove but you can also do it in the microwave.

There is a ton of accompaniments that you’re able to have with this dish. To keep things healthy, I highly recommend using a vegetable pasta such as zucchini. This can be achieved by using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.

• 500g (1 lb.) beef, cut into strips
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tsp. garlic, crushed
• 500g (1 lb.) mushrooms, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. coconut Aminos
• 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
• ½ Tbsp. Paprika
• 1 cup beef stock (Maybe)
• 1 cup coconut cream

You’re able to swap the beef out for ground beef instead. This is perfect for anyone who is cooking on a budget.

If you want, you can add a bit of coconut oil to the pan to help fry the beef. With that said, you shouldn’t find the need as the beef should contain enough fat.

In this video, I make a delicious paleo chili con carne that is so easy to quickly get prepared and cooking. It’s the perfect dish to have on a cold winter's day or even in summer if you just love the heat.

This dish is fine just by itself but if you’re looking for extras then I recommend some cauliflower rice or mash. These are both really delicious and go well with a good chili. Guacamole is also a fantastic addition if you have the time to make it.

One great thing I love about this dish is how well it will reheat. Make sure you store it in either the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. Whenever you need it simply reheat so it’s nice and hot.

• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
• 1 Onion, diced
• 2 tsp. garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 carrots, large dice
• 1 Red bell pepper, diced
• 500g (17 ½ Oz) Beef Mince
• 1 Tbsp. red chilies, diced
• 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
• 2x (800g/28 Oz) cans diced tomatoes
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 2 tsp. cumin
• 2 tsp. marjoram
• Salt & Pepper

If you don’t like your food being too hot, then you might want to reduce the amount of chili in the dish. I found it quite mild at 1 Tbsp. so you might want to add more if you love the heat otherwise reduce this by half for a very tamed chili.

Beans are not considered paleo friendly so make sure you don’t add these if you’re sticking to a strict version of the paleo diet.

Paleo Spicy Meatballs in a Fresh Tomato Sauce


In this video, I make some delicious paleo spicy meatballs with a fresh tomato sauce. It’s a simple but great combination where each ingredient complements each other.

Since we need to make both the meatballs and the tomato sauce there is quite a few ingredients to this dish. With that said it’s totally worth making if you love healthy fulfilling dishes. The full list of ingredients can be found right below.

500g (17 ½ Oz) ground beef
1 Egg
1 Onion, diced
2 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground turmeric
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt & Pepper

Tomato Sauce

1 onion, peeled & diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. ground cloves
4 cups freshly diced tomatoes

If you’re unable to get your hands on fresh tomatoes or they’re way too expensive then you can instead use tinned tomatoes. If possible try to use fresh ingredients as much as possible for the best results.

If you want something to go with these spicy meatballs then some zucchini pasta is perfect. This is super easy to make but you will need a piece of equipment called a spiralizer.

One thing you need to make sure you do is work the meatball mix a ton before rolling it into meatballs. The more you work the mix the more it will stick together and not fall apart. Baking the meatballs is also a great way to prevent them from falling apart.

Adding a bit of chili to the tomato sauce will make this dish quite spicy. It’s perfect for anyone who loves a bit of heat in their meals.

In this video, I go through the few short steps to making a homemade paleo chicken korma curry. It is a fantastic dish that is packed full of flavour, certainly a must try for any curry lover.

The standard recipe will feed about 4 people but if you’re looking to bulk it out a bit then adding some vegetables is a great way to achieve this. Just keep in mind vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes will require extra cooking time.

• 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 Tbsp. ginger, crushed
• 2 tsp. garlic, crushed
• 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
• 500g Chicken breasts, cubed
• ½ Tbsp. chili (Paste, powder or fresh)
• ¼ Cup ground almonds
• 400ml (13 ½ Oz) can coconut cream
• ½ Cup Chicken Stock

Spice Mix
• 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp. garam masala
• 1 tsp turmeric, ground
• 2 tsp. cumin, ground
• 2 tsp. coriander seeds, ground

There are many reasons why you should make a curry paste from scratch but the main reason is so you know exactly what has gone into it. Many supermarket brands have a lot of additives in them to help extend shelf life, improve flavour and more. The downside is these additives are typically not paleo friendly and can do you more harm than good.

Cauliflower rice is the perfect side to go with this dish. It is light and well worth putting the extra time in to make. One thing I love about cauliflower rice is that it doesn’t tend to make you bloated like normal white rice.

If you’re looking for a side to go with this dish, then something like the easy cauliflower rice is perfect. It’s very much like rice but instead is incredibly light and won’t leave you feeling bloated.
