Hearty Paleo Beef Goulash

Hearty Paleo Beef Goulash

In this video, I make a delicious paleo beef goulash. It’s the perfect dish if you’re craving tender beef and rich flavors of paprika, tomatoes, and more. Recipe: https://paleocrashcourse.com/paleo-beef-goulash/

Many amazing flavors make up this delicious goulash. You will notice the flavors from the paprika, caraway seeds, bell peppers, paprika and the beef. One of the best parts is how tender the meat will be by the time you’re ready to eat.

You can enjoy this dish basically on its own without the need for any extra sides. However, if you wanted a side, then some zucchini pasta goes excellent with this tasty goulash.

The entire list of ingredients that I made use of for this recipe is right below. It will come in handy if you need to go shopping and need a list of ingredients.

750g (1.6 lb) beef chuck steak, cut into 3 cm (1in) chunks
2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. garlic, crushed
2 carrots, cut into chunks
2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
400g (14 oz) diced tomatoes, fresh or tinned
½ cup beef stock
½ Tbsp. caraway seeds
2 bay leaves

Adding some sweet potato is a great way to bulk out this dish so you can feed more people. One or two medium-sized sweet potatoes will be more than enough.

If you don’t happen to have any beef stock, then it can be swapped for water instead. You might need to add a bit more salt if you’re using water.

You can quickly change this recipe so that it will work in the slow cooker. Make sure you allow a bit longer for cooking. The longer it takes, the more tender the beef will be.

I hope that this video has shown you all the steps to making this paleo beef goulash. If you have some tips, suggestions or feedback, then please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below or over at paleocrashcourse.com

Incredibly Creamy Paleo Chicken Skillet

Incredibly Creamy Paleo Chicken Skillet

In this video, I make an incredible paleo chicken skillet that’s packed with delicious vegetables. It’s a super easy dish and you only need to use the one skillet pan. Full Recipe: https://paleocrashcourse.com/paleo-chicken-skillet/

Whilst I use chicken thigh in the video you can replace this with basically any cut of chicken you want. If you have some leftover chicken, then that will also work great. Just be careful if you’re using leftover chicken then the seasoning might alter the flavour of this dish for better or worse.

If you need to bulk this recipe out with an extra then something like cauliflower rice is the perfect match for it.

If you need a list of ingredients for this delicious recipe, then you can find it right below.

• 4 chicken thighs, chopped
• 3-4 rashers bacon, cubed
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 250g (9 oz.) button mushrooms, sliced
• 1x 400ml (14.5 oz.) can coconut cream
• 2 cups fresh kale, stems removed shredded
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Even though this dish is called chicken skillet you can basically use any kind of frying pan and get a similar result.

Despite being a creamy dish this will reheat quite well. Just make sure you keep the leftovers stored in the fridge in an airtight container until you need them. Simply reheat over the stove or in a microwave.

There are a ton of variations that you’re able to do on this delicious dish. For example, you can swap the kale for baby spinach or use a different type of mushroom. It’s totally up to you, you can get some pretty cool combinations going.

I really hope that you enjoy this paleo chicken skillet as much as I did! If you have any feedback, tips, variations, or anything else that you would like to share then please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below or over at paleocrashcourse.com

Paleo Spicy Meatballs in a Fresh Tomato Sauce

Paleo Spicy Meatballs in a Fresh Tomato Sauce

In this video, I make some delicious paleo spicy meatballs with a fresh tomato sauce. It’s a simple but great combination where each ingredient complements each other.
Recipe: https://paleocrashcourse.com/paleo-spicy-meatballs/

Since we need to make both the meatballs and the tomato sauce there is quite a few ingredients to this dish. With that said it’s totally worth making if you love healthy fulfilling dishes. The full list of ingredients can be found right below.

500g (17 ½ Oz) ground beef
1 Egg
1 Onion, diced
2 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground turmeric
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt & Pepper

Tomato Sauce

1 onion, peeled & diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. ground cloves
4 cups freshly diced tomatoes

If you’re unable to get your hands on fresh tomatoes or they’re way too expensive then you can instead use tinned tomatoes. If possible try to use fresh ingredients as much as possible for the best results.

If you want something to go with these spicy meatballs then some zucchini pasta is perfect. This is super easy to make but you will need a piece of equipment called a spiralizer.

One thing you need to make sure you do is work the meatball mix a ton before rolling it into meatballs. The more you work the mix the more it will stick together and not fall apart. Baking the meatballs is also a great way to prevent them from falling apart.

Adding a bit of chili to the tomato sauce will make this dish quite spicy. It’s perfect for anyone who loves a bit of heat in their meals.

I really do hope that you enjoy these paleo spicy meatballs and that they cook out to be as great as they were for me. If you have some feedback, tips or anything else then feel free to leave a comment below or over at paleocrashcourse.com
