Many amazing flavors make up this delicious goulash. You will notice the flavors from the paprika, caraway seeds, bell peppers, paprika and the beef. One of the best parts is how tender the meat will be by the time you’re ready to eat.

You can enjoy this dish basically on its own without the need for any extra sides. However, if you wanted a side, then some zucchini pasta goes excellent with this tasty goulash.

The entire list of ingredients that I made use of for this recipe is right below. It will come in handy if you need to go shopping and need a list of ingredients.

750g (1.6 lb) beef chuck steak, cut into 3 cm (1in) chunks
2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. garlic, crushed
2 carrots, cut into chunks
2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
400g (14 oz) diced tomatoes, fresh or tinned
½ cup beef stock
½ Tbsp. caraway seeds
2 bay leaves

Adding some sweet potato is a great way to bulk out this dish so you can feed more people. One or two medium-sized sweet potatoes will be more than enough.

If you don’t happen to have any beef stock, then it can be swapped for water instead. You might need to add a bit more salt if you’re using water.

You can quickly change this recipe so that it will work in the slow cooker. Make sure you allow a bit longer for cooking. The longer it takes, the more tender the beef will be.

You can have this whipped cream on its own with some fresh summer berries and fruits. Some blueberries, strawberries and even raspberries go great mixed in with this cream. It’s a perfect light dessert.

There are many other uses for this coconut whipped cream such as using it as a topping on muffins or cakes.

The full list of ingredients for this whipped cream is right below. You can leave the honey and vanilla out of the recipe, but I highly recommend that you do include it.

400ml (13 fl oz.) coconut cream, chilled
1 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp. vanilla bean paste

One thing I noticed while making this recipe is that the brand of coconut cream can profoundly impact the outcome of this recipe. Some brands have agents to stop the cream from solidifying making this dish almost impossible. Try to find a brand that is full fat and no additives.

You can use coconut milk, but I highly recommend that you use coconut cream. Milk might not have enough fat in it to make a decent amount of whipped cream.

This coconut whipped cream can be kept in the fridge for a few days so if you want to prepare ahead of time then go ahead. However, like most recipes, this cream is best when it’s made fresh.

Incredibly Creamy Paleo Tapioca Pudding


In this video, I go through the steps to making a deliciously creamy paleo tapioca pudding. It’s the perfect dessert where the leftovers also make for an easy breakfast.

This dessert is so good you can eat it just by itself but if you’re looking for something extra then some fruit really goes well with it. Fresh peaches, mango, banana or apples all work great with this pudding.

The ingredients for this recipe can be found right below. Perfect if you need to get some shopping done and need a list so you can make this delicious dish.

½ cup tapioca pearls
3 cups coconut milk
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 egg yolks, beaten
¼ tsp. sea salt

One of the hardest parts of this recipe is not scrambling the eggs. Just take it nice and slow when you’re mixing the yolks with the hot pudding mix. This will help prevent you from scrambling the mix.

As I mention above you can have this dessert either hot or cold. Personally, I prefer it either way but it’s great cold on a hot summers day. I wouldn’t try to reheat this dish once it has cooled down. It is unlikely it will reheat nicely so it's best to cook this fresh.

The honey is important for getting that sweetness but can be left out if you’re trying to keep sugar out of your diet. If you’re thinking of increasing it then be sure to remember not to go overboard.

Extra flavorings can be added to this dish such as some ground cinnamon, nutmeg or other spices. Some spices work better with certain types of fruits so be sure to keep this in mind if you’re changing the recipe.

In this video I make an incredibly tasty paleo burger that uses Portobello mushrooms as a replacement of the burger bun. It’s incredibly easy to make and is so good.

If you’re wondering about the ingredients used for this tasty burger, then you find them below. Keep in mind the spinach, avocado and other ingredients can be easily swapped out if you don’t like them.

Burger Patty
• 500g (17 ½ Oz) Ground Beef
• 1 Egg
• 1 Brown Onion, diced
• 1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
• 2 tsp. garlic, crushed
• Salt & Pepper

The rest of the burger
• Portobello Mushrooms x 2 (Per Burger)
• Bacon
• Red Onion
• Avocado
• Baby Spinach

You will find that this burger is a lot healthier than your traditional types. This is because we have removed some of the unhealthiest components such as the sauces, cheese and bread.

If you want the full meal, then you should look at cooking up some sweet potato fries to go on the side. These are incredibly easy to quickly make.

One problem that people often have with meatballs or burgers is that they fall apart. The best way to avoid this it simply not to play with the food whilst it is cooking. The other issue that might happen is that you have not combined the mix enough. You need to work the mince until it is really well combined.

If you prefer a good guacamole, then you can swap the avocado out for this. Again you will probably need to prepare this yourself as supermarket brands often have tons of added shit to it.

This recipe makes use of an ingredient called coconut aminos. This is usually pretty hard to find at a supermarket but can easily be purchased online or at some speciality shops. If you can’t get your hands on any then you can simply leave it out.

If for some reason you end up with leftovers then make sure you keep them as they will reheat quite nicely. I recommend reheating over the stove but you can also do it in the microwave.

There is a ton of accompaniments that you’re able to have with this dish. To keep things healthy, I highly recommend using a vegetable pasta such as zucchini. This can be achieved by using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.

• 500g (1 lb.) beef, cut into strips
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tsp. garlic, crushed
• 500g (1 lb.) mushrooms, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. coconut Aminos

• ½ Tbsp. Paprika
• 1 cup beef stock (Maybe)
• 1 cup coconut cream

You’re able to swap the beef out for ground beef instead. This is perfect for anyone who is cooking on a budget.

If you want, you can add a bit of coconut oil to the pan to help fry the beef. With that said, you shouldn’t find the need as the beef should contain enough fat.

Whilst I use chicken thigh in the video you can replace this with basically any cut of chicken you want. If you have some leftover chicken, then that will also work great. Just be careful if you’re using leftover chicken then the seasoning might alter the flavour of this dish for better or worse.

If you need to bulk this recipe out with an extra then something like cauliflower rice is the perfect match for it.

• 4 chicken thighs, chopped
• 3-4 rashers bacon, cubed
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 250g (9 oz.) button mushrooms, sliced
• 1x 400ml (14.5 oz.) can coconut cream
• 2 cups fresh kale, stems removed shredded
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Even though this dish is called chicken skillet you can basically use any kind of frying pan and get a similar result.

Despite being a creamy dish this will reheat quite well. Just make sure you keep the leftovers stored in the fridge in an airtight container until you need them. Simply reheat over the stove or in a microwave.

There are a ton of variations that you’re able to do on this delicious dish. For example, you can swap the kale for baby spinach or use a different type of mushroom. It’s totally up to you, you can get some pretty cool combinations going.

You can have this soup as an appetiser to a main meal or even as a lunch. If you end up with some leftovers make sure you keep them as they will reheat nicely. It’s the perfect healthy lunch you can take to work and reheat. It's also a great way to avoid all those non-paleo temptations for lunch.

Whilst this soup is quite basic it’s incredibly delicious. Further down in the description I go into some tips and variations that you can do with this paleo friendly pumpkin soup.

• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tsp. crushed garlic
• 2 Carrot
• 6 Cups Pumpkin, cubed
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 2/3 Cup Coconut milk
• 4 Cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
• Salt & Pepper

I use a stick blender or also known as an immersion blender to blitz this soup until smooth. If you don’t have either of those then you can use a bench blender but you may need to do it in batches.

Some people prefer a sweeter soup, if you’re one of these people then you can do this by either using honey or apple. Adding apple will change the soup quite a bit but worth it if you want to experiment a little.

Chili can be added if you’re looking for something with a bit more bite. Simply add this when you’re cooking the onion and garlic.

Crunchy & Tender Paleo Chicken Nuggets


In this video, I go through the steps to making some almond coated paleo chicken nuggets. They cook to be crunchy on the outside and nice n tender on the inside.

Whilst I fry these nuggets in the video you can instead bake them if that’s what you prefer. If you decide to bake them then make sure your oven is preheated to 200°C or 395°F.

These paleo friendly chicken nuggets are also great as leftovers. You can eat them cold or you can reheat them in a microwave or oven. They’re certainly not as good as when they're freshly cooked but they still taste pretty damn good.

• 2 Chicken Breasts
• ½ cup coconut flour
• 1 Cup almond flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. paprika
• Salt & Pepper
• ½ Cup coconut oil or a paleo friendly fat (For Frying)

One thing that you’re able to do if you’re not a fan of paprika is replace it with a different spice or leave it out completely. A cayenne pepper or similar is a great way to add a bit of a bite to the nuggets.

The nuggets are fine on their own along with a paleo friendly dipping sauce such as a homemade ranch dressing or ketchup. However, if you have the time then some sweet potato fries or a simple salad goes great with these.
